After bearing all, acknowledging previous wrongdoing, and refocusing his energy towards a better path with recent single "Reinvented", Vic Santoro completes his period of growth with his debut mixtape, Glory Days Pt. 1: Pain. Much like "Reinvented", a hard-hitting and introspective tape centred around self-improvement.

For Santoro, his past does not define his future and Glory Days Pt. 1: Pain is a fantastic emblem of this philosophy. Sound-wise, the mixtape is a mixture of smooth vocals, jazz-influenced beats and lyricism marked by its honesty and vulnerability.

Speaking on the tape, Vic Santoro says: "I class myself as a channeller instead of a rapper because when I write lyrics the words don't come from my mind; they come from my soul. The chapter is titled 'Pain' because the content in every song is dialogues that I can only have through music, it's made up of my deepest thoughts."
