Finding the grace to acknowledge past wrongdoing and redirecting energy towards a cleaner path should always be celebrated — and that's exactly what Vic Santoro has done as he reveals all in "Reinvented". The new tune details his desire for redemption from the events that scuppered his past, but will not define his future.

While the instrumental is solemn in nature, "Reinvented" is a hard-hitting celebration of reform, something he says is sorely needed in a society that tends to outcast those who have been through the prison system without being offered a chance at redemption. It's an issue close to Santoro's heart and in recent years he's spoken on the subject at the Houses of Parliament, as well as prisons and schools.

Explaining more about the track, Vic said: "'Reinvented' is about a transition from one stage of my life to another, reflecting on my past experiences and how it affected me, the lessons I learned along the way. The essence of the song is about being able to keep going no matter what obstacles get put in your say, there's no substitute for hard work."

"Reinvented" will form part of Vic Santoro's upcoming mixtape Glory Days Pt 1 – Pain, which drops February 24.
