Mez Crowns Himself The "King Of Grime"

February 17, 2020

Nottingham bar-slinger Mez has dropped a new track called "King Of Grime", in which he spits over Plastician's classic "Section 7" instrumental. The new declaration comes after Yizzy made his claim to the throne on his "Prince Of Grime" freestyle.

With his harsh and skippy flow, Mez holds nothing back in this send as he uses his direct and braggadocios bars to leave his mark. Mez's trademark ad-libs and homage to legends such as D Double E is a perfect combination that depicts the transition between the old-school and new generation of grime. The accompanying visuals from Bipolar Spider are simple and effective, as they reflect Mez's raw talent through the black and white colours in this on-the-block setting.

Mez plans to drop his Babylon Can't Roll EP very soon, but for now, get into "King Of Grime" below.
