With the greatly-anticipated debut album Reason To Smile set to be released March 4, Kojey Radical taps Knucks for another top quality teaser on "Payback".

The last time the two wordsmiths joined forces was on "Sunday Best" from Swindle's recent album The New World, and they've linked up once again to help us reclaim our identity and find joy in the face adversity. Pulses with funky bass and his signature horn fillers, providing a backdrop tailored to both rappers' fiery spitting styles.

Laced with contagious high energy, "Payback" follows a string of album teasers from Kojey, each continuing the theme of continuing to rise above, with tracks like "Gangsta" and "War Outside" featuring Lex Amor. Briefly speaking on the new release Kojey says, "when you've been taught to be the victim for so long, it feels great to stand up and say, 'No one can bully me.'"

The heavy hip-hop influences in the track are just a hint of the variety of sounds Kojey is tapping into for his project. While we prepare for the release of Reason To Smile on March 4, take in "Payback" below.
