Yung Fume Shares The Fruits Of His Atlanta Trip With New Video And Zaytoven-Produced 'Level Up' EP

February 23, 2018

Last year, South London rapper Yung Fume announced he'd taken a trip out to Atlanta to record his new EP, Level Up, with industry legend and hitmaker Zaytoven.

Naturally, with ATL royalty attached to the project, interest from fans was sky high right from the get-go and now we've got the first taste of the EP in the form of visuals for lead track "Something Else".

As you might expect, the "Something Else" draws influence from the psychedelic haze that permeates ATL hip-hop, but Yung Fume still manages to stamp his South London identity firmly on the track for a transatlantic banger.

Shot in Atlanta, of course, the "Something Else" video shows him with rising Atlanta rapper Young Nudy as the ride around the city, doing what they do best.

Fumos has already proven his potential time and time again, so it's good to see the rest of the world—it's being released by the same Pay Day Records who signed Jay Z, by the way—finally sitting up and taking notice.
