Marcus Nasty is back with some big news. He's just launched The House That Hackney Built, a new label he co-founded with DJ GGB.

Following up on that, he's sharing the first four tracks from the label: "I Can't Be Broke" a slow-burning deep tech cut by Form featuring Jordeaux, and three UK Tribal tracks, "Electrolytes" and "Propa Ganda" from DJ GGB, and Scotti Dee & Jarreau Vandal's "My Search Is Over".

The new label is built to celebrate Hackney's place at the epicentre of so many musical genres and subcultures, including grime, garage, jungle and several strains of house music.

In a statement, he writes: "Hackney has consistently been at the forefront of genre-defining movements shaping sounds that travel far beyond London. This label exists to honour that heritage.

"At its core, The House That Hackney Built is about celebrating the producers, DJs, and artists who carry that spirit forward—the raw creativity, the innovation and the unmistakable energy that comes from the borough and its surrounding areas.

"While our roots are firmly planted in Hackney, our vision is open. We are an inclusive platform that supports good music in all its forms, regardless of where it comes from. If it moves people, if it's authentic, if it represents the culture it has a home here.

"This is about building something lasting.

"A sound.

"A movement.

"A legacy.

"This is The House That Hackney Built."
