A couple of years ago, filmmaker Brian Hill and author, journalist, YouTuber and commentator Mr. Montgomery put together a documentary for YouTube called Terms & Conditions: A UK Drill Story, to throw a more honest light on the genre and educate those who misunderstand the genre (wilfully or otherwise).

New documentary Terms & Conditions: Deeper Than Drill, a sequel to the YouTube original A UK Drill Story from 2020, takes an honest and uncompromising look at drill, but expands its remit to incorporate UK rap and some of the artists given the same treatment as their drill counterparts.

Narrated by Riz Ahmed, the hour-long doc casts its gaze across the UK and Ireland, with contributions from Mowgs, BVDLVD, Crystal Millz, Kavo, Offica and more. It doesn't brush over the darker elements but instead takes a deeper look at the deprivation and societal neglect that a lot of these artists are telling us about.
