TeeOnly Unpacks The Traumas Of 2020 With Cathartic New Joint "Venting"

December 10, 2020

South London rapper TeeOnly is back to give us a breakdown of the year with a spoken word essence as he tackles personal and societal ills as well as tragic historic events in the Black community. "Venting" may be the name of the track, but this is actually a healthy and very necessary purging of 2020's toxins.

In his rap up of the year's events, Tee touches on Chadwick Boseman, Ahmaud Arbery as well as the coronavirus that has affected us all. Whilst the mood is rather solemn, "Venting" ends on a hopeful note as Tee finds solace in motivational discourse and reminds himself of his blessings and his greater purpose in life.

Check out PersilJD's gently-moving visuals below and marvel at the power of TeeOnly's pen.
