Skepta's At His Uncompromising Best On "Bullet From A Gun"

If you didn't know already, Skepta is gearing up to drop Ignorance Is Bliss, his first album since the Mercury Music Prize-winning Konnichiwa, on May 31. About time then that he reveals the first single from the album with the release of "Bullet From A Gun". Having become a father in the period since his last project, the track sees the North London emcee at his authentic, sharp and uncompromising best.

Produced by Skepta himself alongside Ragz Originale, the grime vet shouts out some artists he rates, aims a line at Wiley, and talks about his family, including his daughter. "The internet is making everything and everyone politically correct but that takes away the artistry," says Skepta. Ignorance Is Bliss deals with the yin yang of life. True Skepta, saying it exactly how it is." Rumour has it fans might get a taste of the yang of the album sooner than they think.
