Just as NASA makes its way to the moon, jungle's newest star Simms has arrived with his timely new single, "Orbit".

Simms has been making waves for a little while now with his Foundation FM residency and appearances on NTS, Rinse, and Balamii (the latter of which we profiled just yesterday). Not surprisingly, SHERELLE has thrown her support behind Simms, but somewhat more surprisingly is the recent shout-out he got from Tyler, The Creator.

"Orbit" just landed and it channels a certain space-age cosmic vibe reminiscent of the early '90s crossover between acid psychedelia and the nascent breakbeat/hardcore revolution. It's nostalgic yet forward-thinking, spacey yet dynamic, and a calling card for one of jungle's most unique new voices.
