It appears Shaé Universe has been putting her time to very good use lately with the promise of a steady supply of new music in the coming months. Today she makes good on that promise, dishing out something a little different, the drill-flecked "You Lose".

We first heard about this last month when she took to Twitter to pique fans' interest with the news that she'd recorded a drill track, later previewing it on Instagram Live. This shouldn't have come as too much of a surprise; you only have to look as far back as previous drop "No Stallin'" for an example of her flirtations with rap.

Her impossible vocal range was already common knowledge but now she's proven that "No Stallin'" wasn't just a flash in the pan — Shaé can bar with the best of them.
