Since charging into the scene in 2019 with "HB Freestyle" and "Ya Dun Know" (following years of groundwork), Shaybo continues to flex her straight-talking bars and vigorous flows that have placed her amongst the greats in UK rap.

Her newest project, Queen Of The South, paints a wider picture of her dynamic storytelling where she touches on her personal history while also delivering hook-heavy, braggadocious rap thunder.

Featuring the previously released, "Friendly" and "Broke Boyz", assisted by Haile and DreamDoll respectively, QOTS also boasts another collaboration with Jorja Smith who joins her on the heartfelt "My Sister". This lands with a set of visuals that embodies the message of the track, taking place in a cathedral we watch as two friends grow together through trials and tribulations.

That's not the only high profile feature on the album; US artist Wale also makes an appearance on the smooth, dancehall-inspired cut "No Worries". Added to that, tracks like "Carry & Go", "Mud" and "Outro" are dipped in sultry melodies and show Shaybo unapologetically repping her Nigerian culture.

After years of honing her craft, Shaybo is ready to show the world what she is capable of, from her vocal abilities to her dexterous pen game. Watch "My Sister" below and then get stuck into Queen Of The South at the bottom.
