UK hip-hop legend Rodney P has made a grand return with his new double-barrel release in "Next Chapter" and "Recognise Me (I'm An African)". The rapper uses the track "Next Chapter" as an opportunity to voice his opinion on his feels about the current state of hip-hop and culture as he begins the transition into a new chapter of his life.

The 49-year-old star then gets in touch with his Caribbean and African heritage on "Recognise Me (I'm An African)", in which he rhymes about life as a second-generation immigrant and touches on influential figures like political activist and Ghana's first prime minister, Kwame Nkrumah. In the mind-bending track, Rodney P also explores the idea of identity and pan-Africanism, as well as the ongoing impact of imperialism in all its forms.
