Radar Radio Are Celebrating Three Years On The Air With Three Big Parties

October 12, 2017

In just three short years, Radar Radio has grown exponentially to become one of the leading voices in UK underground broadcasting. From their East London studios, they've brought us shows from established names like Ray Keith, Boy Better Know to new, up-and-coming talent. Whether it's grime, jungle, R&B, hip-hop or more experimental sounds, Radar has helped push those sounds out to the rest of the country.

Now, they're celebrating their third birthday with a series of events featuring some of the producers and DJs who have helped the station grow to where it is. From the end of this month, three parties will kick off across London. Here's where you can join the celebrations:

October 26, gqom ambassador DJ Lag, Yally (the bass music alias of Raime) and South London producer Endgame will take over East London's Pickle Factory.

October 31, Hyperdub stalwarts Scratcha DVA and Ikonika will be joined by Night Slugs top dogs Bok Bok and Girl Unit (with one or two special guests) for a night of low-end madness at East Bloc in Shoreditch.

November 3, Radar favourites Suspect, Lisa Mercedez and Amy Becker will round off the birthday celebrations at East London's Mangle E8.
