The rap beast from Essex keeps it close to home, letting it bleed on a finely polished production from Austin Powerz and Boi1da. His heart-strung verses on childhood, wrongdoings and a special shoutout to his late nan put every ounce of his pain on full display.

The straightforward visuals by Thomas J. Charters catch the man in his natural habitat with his feet up after a hard day in the studio. His triumphant year with the well-praised Training Day 3 is only a smidge of what the champion will deliver this time around — and seems he's just getting started.
