News came in last night that one of the founding members of the iconic and game-changing Pay As U Go Cartel, Major Ace, has sadly passed away. 

The news was confirmed by his brother in an Instagram post on Sunday evening. The post revealed that the truly legendary grime and UKG MC had been suffering from brain cancer. 

Major Ace's role within the development of UKG and grime, not just in Pay As U Go, but also as a member of East Connection and Special Delivery, cannot be overlooked. Our thoughts are with his friends and family at this difficult time.
