Over the past few months, West London DJ and producer p-rallel has been whetting our appetite for his new project with a small selection of teaser tracks including "Get Down" featuring Kasien, the Fredwave and Jeshi-assisted "Believe", and "Vibes" with Sam Wise and Venna. Now that we've digested those, he has just unveiled the summer-ready Forward EP.

In addition to those previously heard joints, Venna returns to lend some ethereal sax tones to "Can't Get Enough", which Rachel Chinouriri graces with her velvety vocals as she details her addiction to the physical touch of a love interest. We then hear from South London soul singer Kadeem Tyrell on "Creeping", before the project is brought to a close by the skank-ready "One Time" led by Jords' funky flows and light-hearted bars.

"Forward is basically a project that I've wanted to release for a while but just never really made sense till now," p-rallel says of the EP. "This project is a way of me showing you how far my production can go and has grown. Slowly getting to the point where I can play a whole DJ set with all my own original songs."
