We've known for a while now that grime legend P Money was releasing his Money Over Everyone 3 album at some point this year. Now, after already revealing the impressive "No One" and the defiant "Shook", it seems like he's ramping up the levels once again, this time with assistance from Giggs.

Marking the first known feature on the album, "Where & When" starts off with P Money showing exactly why he's so revered in the scene, keeping it grimey over the inspired instrumental from Silencer. But just when you begin to wonder if Giggs is going to spit in a grime flow, he patterns his verse in his signature style, making this collaboration one of the best of the year so far.
