Manchester producer Owlybeats is currently gearing up to release his debut full-length album, Nocturnal, and to get the ball rolling he's dropped off the first single, "Blacka Dan", a new collab with North London MC Tintz.

The 0161 beatsmith has taken to the buttons to create an instrumental littered with old school grime riffs that would have any soundsystem shaking. Meanwhile, Tintz demonstrates tremendous versatility throughout, switching up the tempo and dropping lively flows with relentless energy. Tintz's method of delivery is razor-sharp, deploying intricate wordplay awash with heavily packed rhymes and a catchy hook that unapologetically celebrates Blackness. The icy black and white visuals are fit for purpose, framing Tintz in smoky settings as he demolishes the instrumental with ease and makes his presence known to all.
