Gearing up for his annual November takeover, Odeal has dropped "You, The World vs Me", an acoustic guitar-led piece delivered with all his usual smoothness and grace. Producer Charlie Pitts layers vocals amongst the sombre guitar strumming, laying the foundation for the South-East Londoner to vent about the different phases of a relationship.

Breaking the track down himself, he explains it's "about being in such a euphoric state at the start of a relationship that when the dust settles it can make either party feel a sense of emptiness, however, irrespective of the turmoil between the two, the world is not receptive to their emotions and life goes on".

"You, The World vs Me" comes off the back of Odeal's headline show at London's Outernet venue and ahead his the release of his upcoming project, OVMBR – Thoughts I've Never Said, which is due for release on November 23.
