It's safe to say that this year belongs to Odeal, but what's November without another special release from the UK alté frontman? Almost exactly a year on from OVMBR: Roses, he arrives with OVMBR: Hits No Mrs—and just the title alone lets us know we are in for a treat.

Odeal is joined by producers PB, Jay Weathers, and Eyes, who provide the Afroswing and R&B soundscape for Odeal to deliver a sweet concoction of romantic themes with his mystical vocals and melodies.

"Soul Searching" is the spirited, rhythmic opener, but the mood soon switches as we are led to "Dango"; an introspective offering that sees Odeal dial back his high energy to uncover a deeper layer of his perspective on love. Then we get to "1942", which follows the same laid-back delivery with hazy guitar plucks, layered harmonies and a crisp vocal performance from the man himself.
