Odeal chooses to draw the line on new single "All That It Takes", a track about the realisation that he was being unappreciated by a former partner and that he should put himself first by walking out.

Though Odeal is widely recognised as one of the best artists in the Alte genre, this R&B effort isn't too far from his usual bag and still incorporates some familiar elements. Produced by Charlie Pitts and Kent Azares, it's a lush R&B effort that showcases Odeal's rich vocals and the strength of his pen. An effortless vocalist, the South London artist sounds particularly smooth over melancholy horns and a sorrowful piano section.

Odeal has dropped a project under his OVMBR banner every October since 2021 so it's highly likely that "All That It Takes" will appear on the 2023 edition of the series.
