Hackney-born singer-songwriter Mychelle is on a roll.

It's been less than a year since she debuted with her Closure EP, but despite its title that gentle four-tracker was only the beginning. In February she brought us "Younger Self" and with it the news that she'd be releasing a new EP, Someone Who Knows, in May.

Now we have the second track from the EP, a thoughtful collaboration with ENNY called "Forbidden Fruit". A charming neo-soul gem about weighing up whether a love interest is worth the leap of faith, it comes with a video from director Portia Barnett-Herrin that puts our two narrators in the spotlight, focusing on their perspective rather than that special someone.

Speaking about the video, Mychelle explains: "The lyrics imply that there is a love interest, which there is, however in the video we decided against it and instead focused on my part to play. It showcases me being led into a place that I'm not familiar with. It's as if I am toying with myself which is what it can feel like when you keep going for something/someone, even when you know deep down it isn't right for you."
