Manga Saint Hilare is back at it with his new single "Don't Hold Your Breath", his first release since his recent collaborative album with Murkage Dave, We Need To Look After Us, that arrived late last year.

As expected, the emcee delivers a fast-talking barrage of punchlines, wordplay and metaphors over a chilly, 8-bit grime instrumental produced by Trooh Hippi. Bare smoke, nobody's exempt, he warns, shaking a leg in front of the crisp black-and-white backdrop.

Manga recently reunited with Murkage Dave to shut down The Pickle Factory in East London with his sold-out show, and from what we can tell from the BTS footage (woven together by director Adam Horton), it was an absolute movie.
