Continuing down the path towards his new album, The Good Fight, Lord Apex has just revealed the title track, which turns out to have been produced by one of the most legendary figures in hip-hop history, Madlib.

AP lets Madlib's soulful boom-bap instrumental carry him as he speaks on to keep "making art so the kids can keep vibing". Later, on the second verse, he lets us know it took "several years to hit this bit here, now we got to shift it up to fifth gear".

If that's his mission, he's certainly been knocking it out of the park with these recent drops. That drive and determination rings loud and clear in both the clarity and lyricism of each single—a promising sign for the rest of the album.

The Good Fight is set for release on November 10.
