Kwaku Asante's deep, rich vocals have already seen him compared to R&B icons such as D'Angelo and Marvin Gaye, and although those inspirations and influences are clear to hear in his music, he is slowly but surely carving out his own musical path.

On his latest release "Fantasy" — just his second single — he uses a passionate delivery to provide an old school love ballad, helped along by a piano-laden instrumental with a subtle bass line.

Speaking about the track he said, "'Fantasy' is about someone who's too good to be true, who seems to be a mental projection of what my head thinks the person I fall in love with will make me feel. A dream becoming reality."
