KO Joins Forces With DA For 'Fine Line' Mixtape Primer "Do It For"

November 15, 2021

After several years spent pushing drill into new territories, both as a solo artist and as a member of 98s, Homerton rapper KO will release his new mixtape Fine Line. The new tape follows on from previous project's This Sh#ts Ments and Drilliam Shakespeare, but before that arrives he's just let go of one of the tape's singles, "Do It For" with fellow 98s member DA.

Rising to the occasion, producers R14 and X10 have built an instrumental that's heavy on the atmospherics, using an eerie string section to add even more weight the pair's barbed rhymes and punchlines.

Playing to the drama of it all, director Neron Power uses light and dark contrasts to maximum effect as he follows the pair on a late-night trip round Hackney.

Ahead of the release of Fine Line on November 26, hit play on the new video below.
