King Krule Signals New Album 'Man Alive' With Self-Directed Visuals For "(Don't Let The Dragon) Draag On"

January 15, 2020

South London singer King Krule has surprised fans with the announcement of his forthcoming album, Man Alive, along with the release of his cinematic, self-directed visual for lead single "(Don't Let The Dragon) Draag On".

Taking its name from a CD given to him by his uncle, Man Alive will be the artist's follow-up to the Hey World! short film — in which he performed four acoustic of his original songs, including "(Don't Let The Dragon) Draag On" — and his first album since 2017's The OOZ.

To keep fans going until then, King Krule has also released the video for his track "Draag On", which he directed himself. Krule drew inspiration for the atmospheric new visual from Carl Theodor Dreyer's classic 1928 silent French film, The Passion Of Joan Of Arc.

Take it in below and grab the album on Feb. 21.
