Arriving hot on the heels of recent singles "Aimin" and "All I See" (as well as a stand-out appearance on The Streets' None Of Us Are Getting Out Of This Life Alive), South London's Kasien is here with the full project, I Found Paradise In Hell.

Laying out his mission statement, each of the seven tracks present the South Londoner as a bloodthirsty underdog with his sights set on nothing short of the top spot. As the name suggests though, this is more than the usual hunger for success; he may be young but he's already endured more than his fair share of hardship, but this determined and at times vulnerable collection puts it all behind him.

Production comes from Cadenza, Kelvin Krash, Two Inch Punch and Guilty Beatz, giving Kasien a sound that takes influence from stateside hip-hop but repackages it as something undeniably UK. There's also a fair amount of melody, even offsetting his tough-talking bars with some singing at times, but through it all is a steely resolve that this is only the beginning.
