South London artist Kasien crash lands with a sturdy 10-track mixtape titled Don't Let The Devil In.

Displaying total self-confidence and charm, he surfs across adrenaline-charged beats with verses about keeping the inner darkness at bay yet being free enough to express this part of himself. Vocally, Kasien adopts a mixture of inorganic vocal effects along with clean-cut moments to throw the tape's duality into sharp relief. He rides solo for the majority of the tape before inviting long-time collaborator Odunsi (The Engine) for the sultry closer "Movie Shit", which was initially released in 2021.

Don't Let The Devil In blends futurism and contemporary rap sounds that capture Kasien's fluid creativity. To accompany the tape he's also gifted us with visuals for "Damaged", which you can view below.
