Lockdown's lifting, the temperature's rising and right now we're all staring down the barrel of one of the most debauched summers in human history. Basically, it's prime garage time and North London soul singer Kara Marni has just blessed our playlists with a new, club-ready single, "Twisted Fantasy".

Taking her nimble, full-bodied vocals to the dancefloor, Kara's teamed up with UKG veterans Sticky and DJ Champion to create a soulful club jam for the summer. It's light and breezy, but it still packs a weighty punch, pairing a meaty bass line with some snappy drums and a bubbling, uplifting melody.

Tapping into the restlessness and hunger for hedonism we're all feeling right now, Kara explained: "'Twisted Fantasy' is a song I had so much fun making with my mates. It's about that feeling when you know your gut is telling you something, but you don't listen to it and think about consequences later."
