In the build-up to his headline show at the Islington Assembly Hall on June 8, North-West London representative Kamal. has dropped the video to the sunny yet sad "leave me alone". The penultimate track from March's debut EP, so here you are, drowning, "leave me alone" is co-produced by J Moon and Congee and it's classic Kamal.

Written for a love interest that he wishes would stop "watching his life on their phone" and finally break things off once and for all, Kamal. sits comfortably in his bag, delivering relatable lyrics in his soft-on-the-ear tone.

The video showcases Kamal.'s authenticity and he doesn't hide the obstacles he faced while shooting the visual himself. Armed with little else but a VHS camera, the artist takes candid shots of life in the country of his mother's birth, Belize. Watch the heartwarming video below to see how it went.
