The multi-talented Kamaal Williams has released his highly-anticipated Wu Hen album, four years after he first rose to prominence with the Black Focus album with Yussef Davies. On this new set, Williams blurs the lines between jazz and funk to bring a sound that transposes the sounds of the '60s and '70s into the modern day. Elsewhere, you can also hear shades of rap and R&B, soul, grime, jungle, house and garage in an innovative sound that Kamaal labels 'Wu Funk'.
