K-Trap Furthers Drill's International Appeal With "Autumn Beat Freestyle"

March 24, 2023

Continuing a busy year that's seen him let rip on Krept & Konan's "Dat Way Remix" and make a splash at Paris Fashion week, K-Trap has just dropped his "Autumn Beat Freestyle" and it finds him in a candid mood, warning of the pitfalls of the streets.

The freestyle is inspired by the new release of the Autumn Beat movie, a groundbreaking film as Italy's first-ever Black-led movie. The Amazon Prime production is made by Antonio Dikele Distefano and follows main characters Tito and Paco, two 20-year-olds that share the dream of breaking into the world of rap.

"Autumn Beat Freestyle" itself captures why K-Trap has been in such fine form over the last couple of years. The track is only 100 seconds, but he's heartfelt from the start as he speaks on his fears of betrayal and police in a way that very few could.

As drill makes continues to break new boundaries on a global level, who better to assume the role of ambassador?
