East London crooner Jvck James has recently handed over the four-track project On The Rocks which places all the sweet tingling feelings of romance at the centre of his expression.

Prior to the release, he teased us with the sultry hit "Love In The Club", a nod to his captivating songwriting and vocal abilities that skipped straight into seven-figure streaming territory. As for the rest of the project, it's an intimate exploration of James' inner world as it relates to love as he offers up tracks like "Hennessy Tears" and "Drunk Love".

Ari PenSmith handles the bulk of the production except for "Galaxy Swim" and “Hennessy Tears”. The former features contributions from James himself, and on the latter we get a team effort from Venna, Perry, Felix Joseph, and PRGRSHN.

Speaking on the release, he comments: "On The Rocks is a journey through the different emotions of falling for someone in your early 20s (Generation Z). When sex is so accessible it's hard to differentiate the blurred line between love and lust. However, there comes a point where temporary love is not an option anymore."
