Jorja Smith is back with some smooth visuals in the form of an animated mystic journey for new single "Come Over", featuring Popcaan. Recorded during Jorja's writing trip out in Jamaica, the dancehall vibes come as no surprise.

Focused on women empowerment, the Amber Grace Johnson-directed visuals are intriguing and mystical in nature, enhancing the viewership's experience with subtle links to Afrofuturism. "I wanted an airborne scene, a hover motorbike, and a fight scene of an undefeated Jorja to kill off a fleet of slimy, artificial club fuckboys on a dystopian sun planet using her hair as her weapon," she said of the creative process.

The message behind "Come Over" is clear: a future where women find power in betterment of self, and less significance given to gaining validation from an unrequited lover. Jorja elegantly vocalises over a smooth yet up-tempo dancehall backdrop, whilst Popcaan glosses over the edges with Auto-Tuned melodies. Press play below.
