Back with something a little different from his usual fare, rapper and producer Jords has returned with his new single, "Enemies", and he's brought Masego and Kadiata along for the ride.

The new drop adds a soulful bounce to Jords' usual rap sound, playing on Masego's keen instincts for melody as Jords and Kadiata trade rhymes about romance, rivalries and the liquor that fuels both fires: Hennessy.

Speaking on the track, Jords explained: "I really want people to travel through time with my music. This is all about bridging the gap and showing that the sound is global but local."

Masego commented: "[The track] was Jords' idea, I just brought it into my world and I love what it grew into," he explained.

"Me and Jords have known each other for around four years," Kadiata added, "so it was long overdue. We linked up and set up studio in a Brighton apartment near the sea to get away from London for a little minute and I just went with whatever came natural to me which was to be funny, witty and relatable."
