Jianbo has been tying together grime-inspired raps and tales of a classic East Asian upbringing for some time now, and he has delivered on his unique blend once again with a new cut "Home Is Where The Food Is", which features BABii.

Jianbo packs the three-minute track with feeling, his rapid flow and deep-voiced delivery lace the swooning 808s and skittering hi-hats of the soft drill production. BABii's delicate vocals, meanwhile, serve as an ideal middle layer for the track.

The muted colours and sombre, blurry shots of the Nicole Ngai-directed video for "Home Is Where The Food Is" lend to the pained feel of the track, making it feel perfect for dreary, overcast evenings. The single is Jianbo's first drop since his celebrated debut EP, Yellow Peril, which was released in March of last year.
