As we wait for a follow-up to last year's Ugh EP, JGrrey returns to tide us over with her new single "Doubt Nothing". Produced by Owen Cutts, the new cut sees her at her brightest and most colourful, contrasting starkly against its more inward-facing predecessor "Ain't So".

Pushing that concept to the fore, London-based illustrator, animator and filmmaker James Papper of Blink Ink built a set that's somewhere between a bedroom and a rainforest. Not a single square inch has been wasted in these larger than life visuals and for a touch of surreality they've even managed to squeeze in some animation.

"'Doubt Nothing' again just does what it says on the tin," JGrrey explains. "I was really particular about what song I was going to release following on from 'Ain't So' and my mood and my energy and everyone else's energy right now just needs 'Doubt Nothing', I'd like to think it's uplifting. It's just me in a song really."
