J Spades is a name that has loomed large in the game for a long time and now he's returned to the scene with a new mixtape called 100.

The seven new tracks give us the full character of J Spades, telling tales of being a boss and stories about running the streets. There are just two featured artists, Abra Cadabra and Abel Miller, the former bringing added grit and the latter tempering Spades' street tales with smooth, velvety melodies.

100 is Spades' first project since 2019's Winter Grind, but as he says on "Badness", "half of the rap game happy man vanished, now man's back / now it's back to regular programming".
