Summer is here and, just like clockwork, so is J Hus. Returning to us to make the heatwave bearable, Hus shares two new singles, "Moonlight" and "Clean Run".

"Moonlight" was co-produced by Cole YoursTruly and Grammy-winner P2J (J Hus "Who Told You" with Drake and Jorja Smith's forthcoming album, What Are The Odds) and it feels like classic J Hus territory: summer-ready, smooth and infectious.

On the flip, "Clean Run" comes with production from JAE5 is classic territory for the pair. Both tracks centre on themes of struggle and loyalty, but on "Clean Run" Hus sounds more ambitious than ever, steeled by some slick, chrome-covered synths and a gentle Afro bounce from the instrumental.

The new double drop opens up a new chapter for J Hus, marking the end of a brief quiet patch and the beginning of a new era of releases from him. The specifics of what that might mean are being kept under wraps for now, but suffice to say J Hus fans are eating good this year.
