The Manchester-raised artist speaks from the heart and stresses the importance of self-care in order to nurture fruitful connections. Her soulful melodies merge with a sea of electric piano chords, sub-aquatic textures, and club rhythms from producers RNDM and Alex Naim.

It's a luscious, feel-good number and is the lead single from her upcoming project which she describes as "a full spectrum of emotions and feelings I had to feel and heal through.
