On Monday, Lewisham sprayer Yizzy made his long-awaited debut on Fire In The Booth to widespread acclaim. So what better timing to dig this radio set out of the archives. This isn't the first time we've looked back on a Yizzy freestyle, and it probably won't be the last.

Recorded back in 2016 for Jeremiah Asiamah's radio show on Reprezent, the clip below shows Yizzy and CEEJ (another MC people are petitioning to appear on FITB) tear through Asiamah's instrumentals, including beats from Jammz, Iron Soul, DJ Q, Treble Clef, Swifta Beater and more.

Of course the whole thing is required viewing, but pay close attention to the four-minute mark to hear Yizzy ride DJ Q's "Sonic" with a volley of tongue-twister bars that are dizzyingly fast even by his standards.
