Created by Troy "A Plus" Miller, the Practice Hours DVDs are one of the greatest and most valuable time capsules for the grime scene. The first edition, from 2006, in particular features an astonishing collection of legends, including a Crazy Titch interview and freestyles from Meridian Crew, Devlin and Dogzilla, and more.

Here's President T's contribution to the DVD, a blistering two minute freestyle filled with leftfield wordplay and pretty much all of his signature lines. Keep an eye out for some very young grime legends in the background.
