HERITAGE: Plan B Showcases His Outspoken And Raw Storytelling On "Sick 2 Def" At A Pub In Hoxton (2005)

September 27, 2019

Before the days of "She Said", Ill Manors and Kidulthood, Plan B was launching a career as an outspoken and honest storyteller. After making his debut on the Run The Roads compilation with the DJ Wonder-produced "Cap Back", it wasn't long before he was ready with his first album.

Here is back in 2005, performing "Sick 2 Def" from his debut album, Who Needs Actions When You Got Words, which would drop the following year. On the incendiary rap cut, Plan B goes into the hypocrisy of banning music and video games when the media has desensitised us all to violence and alcohol is readily and cheaply available.
