HERITAGE: Nines Sets The Tone On "AJ'd Out" While Also Giving Back To His Community, (2011)

North West London's Nines has enjoyed phenomenal success in recent years thanks to his last two albums Crop Circle and Crabs In A Bucket, but make no mistake: Nines has been a star for a good 10 years or more.

Nearly a decade ago, Nines was already a hero to the younger generation, proof of where talent and hard work can take you. He may not have been getting the mainstream attention he deserved yet, but his diligence in the rap game was bringing him widespread kudos from those who knew.

You only have to look at this visual for 2011's "AJ'd Out" (an early anthem from the hugely influential From Church Rd. To Hollywood) to see the impact he was having in his community, splashing out on new trainers and clothes for the locals and turning his local JD Sports into an impromptu party.
