The Bleep Test was a brilliantly simple format: bring in an MC and get them to freestyle over different beats from different genres, moving from 100BPM to 170BPM. The results were always entertaining and cut through the pretenders pretty effectively.

The ruthlessness of the format left us with some of the finest freestyles ever seen. Mez's entry always gets brought up, but just as impressive is this one from Kamakaze might just take the number 1 spot.

In just over two minutes, Kam Dog moves effortlessly from rap through to grime and ultimately drum & bass, leaving us in no doubt that he's just as nimble on the mic as he is on the pitch.
