At the top of 2018, South Londoner Flohio had a major breakout moment when she performed "Bands" on COLORS. It was a huge moment for her that brought her a much wider audience, but it was the previous year that laid the foundations for her rise to where she is today.

2017 saw her drop two God Colony collabs in "SE16" and "Fights", make a stellar appearance on L-Vis 1990's 12 Thousand Nights mixtape and, most importantly, she stepped in for this stunning freestyle for Toddla T. Three years later and the world is finally starting to catch on to this prodigious talent, but this early and criminally under-appreciated session deserves to be revisited in light of her recent No Panic No Pain project.
