Back in 2004, hugely influential grime crew East Connection — which over the years has counted Demon, Jookie Mundo, Nappa, Nicky Slimting, Diesel/D.Power, Double O, Maximum, Fresh, Shizzle, Ryder, Preshus and more among its members — released their seminal grime CD/DVD combo Box Bloody Fresh. Obviously, there are a lot of incredible grime DVDs from that era, quite a few of which have been largely forgotten about, but East Connection's effort is up there with the best of them.

The DVD features but isn't limited to: highlights from Demon's "Armshouse" video; behind-the-scenes studio footage of Nicki Slimting with D Double E, Footsie and Jookie Mundo making "Pets Inside"; a Deja Vu set with Shizzle, Demon, Napper and a few others; and last but not least an absolutely golden Lord Of The Mics Vol. 1 trailer at the end.
