Young Adz's rise to the top was always assured. He's been putting the work in for years, working on his first raps as young as seven years old. Even in his early teens, he had the lyricism and self-confidence of someone twice his age.

By 2011, even though he was just 15, his pen was even sharper. That year he recorded a classic Behind Barz for Link Up TV. The session proved so popular that a second edition followed less than a year later.
